Steps To Reproduce

1. Log into a Bitwarden account that's associated with an organization via the Web App.
2. Note how the Password Manager shows the collections in the FILTERS menu.
3. Navigate to the Admin Console.

Expected Result

To see the collections listed in the FILTERS menu.

Actual Result

The collections are not listed in the FILTERS menu.
