Yubikey addition loop-no escape

Steps To Reproduce

1. Adding 5 yubikeys to account, 3 are NFC 2 are not.(alpha,delta&echo are nfc, bravo&charlie are not).
2. going online to change bravo and charlie to encrypt

Expected Result

Trying to log in using a different yubikey, but Chrome will not complete request. Puts the activation of charlie, into a loop and cannot exit the screen. system claims "saved", but does not get activated. Same results on edge or chrome.
