Titlebar broken on Wayland

Steps To Reproduce

1. Download the Linux app
2. Run it with these flags --enable-features=UseOzonePlatform,WaylandWindowDecorations --ozone-platform=wayland

Expected Result

It should display perfectly fine in Wayland.

Actual Result

The titlebar is broken.

Anyone update on this? I'm pretty sure it can be fixed by simply updating the Electron version used. Other Electron apps no longer have this issue

howdy! I also seem to have the exact same issue with the latest RPM install (v2022.10.1, direct download, same flags) on Fedora Linux 36 - would be keen to hear if there are any updates on this :)

The issue seems fixed. I ran the Bitwarden 2022.12.0 on Gnome wayland with these flags --enable-features=UseOzonePlatform,WaylandWindowDecorations --ozone-platform=wayland and the title bar is back.

But to be honest, the title bar takes up too much space. It would be better if the client support client-side decoration.
