📔 Objective

This adds a new option to synchronize unlock state with the desktop application. If the option is selected, then:

• Vault timeout are ignored in the extension
• The extension locks and unlocks with the desktop app
• Locking manually in the extension, locks the desktop app too

To activate, the extension must be logged in on both clients.

Is notice this PR is in draft state - is this feature still being considered?

This would make Bitwarden even more convenient, especially for uses who need both the desktop client (for me due to SSH keys) and the browser extension (for website logins).
