Unable to switch account when self-hosted is offline
Steps To Reproduce
- Log in with "offical" (bitwarden.com) account
- Log in with self-hosted account
- Disconnect from self-hosted account, (QC by leaving the LAN)
Expected Result
User should still be able to switch back to bitwarden.com account.
Actual Result
The plugin freezes, with no options, as seen on screenshot.
