Update tags and link Hub

There are newer versions on https://hub.docker.com/r/bitwalker/alpine-erlang/tags which are not tagged here.

https://github.com/bitwalker/alpine-erlang/issues/80 suggests these are integrated, what is happening?

I think either way it would be sensible to link to the hub in the readme. Thank you for the good work :)
