Complete rewrite to Kotlin

Hey again,

the first step on the list is done. The whole app (except the Parse module) is now written in modern Kotlin and seems to fully work. But if you want and if you find some time, feel free to test it out :)

PS: I wanted to make multiple commits but in the end I crushed all updates in one commit as I was a chaos. But I guess that should not be a problem
