I think the `Header` component will take care of this
Entering a booth activates the camera in order to scan a bar code. But when I browse away from the booth the camera stays active in the browser. 
At least on Chrome we have those blue focus rings around buttons and form elements. They are important for keyboard navigation but I find them horrific to look at. 
This is more relevant for the artwork question than the festival question
If either festival question or answer question isn't inited, it crashes
