Describe the bug When changing Order Options Style from Vertical to Horizontal and back, there is a change in the order in which orders are displayed in the order book

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any market, example: https://wallet.bitshares.org/#/market/USD_BTS

2. Click on 'Personalize'

3. Choose "Order Options" -> "Style" -> "Vertical"

4. Then choose "Order Options" -> "Style" -> "Horizontal"
