Widget minimizing and opening

the widget should collapse and open when clicking on the widget header area (the whole row including the widget name and > sign ) both on web and mobile

New order mobile view: user should be able to collapse all the underneath widgets (Order book, Active orders, History), currently it forces to have at least one open
