how to change elastalert port

Hi, please let me know how to change elastalrt port.

I am not using elastalert with docker. I just installed with pip on linux system direcrtly..

I have reviewed all document. but I cloudn't find how to chage/fix the elastalert port.

I know how to fix/change the port, ,if I use docker ElastAlert. (ex: docker run -d -p 3030:3030 -p 3333:3333) But I really want to know , if I use how to change/fix without docker ElastAlert.
