Empty workflow name is allowed but should not be

According to https://github.com/bitrise-io/bitrise-workflow-editor/issues/173 empty workflow name should not be allowed because it does not work e.g. such workflow cannot be triggered. Empty name can be specified like this: '' or ""

Indeed. Although technically an empty wf name could be run or triggered.. But doesn't seem like we should allow this.

What do you think @godrei ?

As cannot be triggered I meant that it does not work on bitrise.io using Start/Schedule a Build button for empty names, even if it is explicitly selected.
