Cryptic error message when .bitrise.secrets.yml is malformed

I ran bitrise run test and got

Failed to create inventory, err: Invalid invetory format: yaml: unmarshal errors:
  line 1: cannot unmarshal !!seq into models.EnvsYMLModel

The cause was a malformed .bitrise.secrets.yml
