[BitMex] Help Wanted Testing BitMex PRs

There are currently three important PRs #191 #233 #185 that require some testing and reviewing of the code. So far there isn't any active user doing/able to do so.

Anyone using BitMex and could test and review these PRs, your help would be appreciated.

I've started adding Bitmex support to my application through XChange, which will eventually lead to wanting streaming support through xchange-stream and thus some ability to investigate these issues.

Unfortunately, part of the issue might be that XChange's own Bitmex support is a bit weird and inconsistent (https://github.com/knowm/XChange/issues/2886). I'm going to try and work on that before I add another layer of complexity on top.

I was going to take a look at the above but they have all been closed/merged so i guess we can close this issue?

@Spyros-Stylianou It appears they have been closed as they are all stale in terms of progress. Here an updated list of issues that could be re-opened if they were updated to be inline with the current version.
