Support for Chain Agnostic CAIP-2 Blockchain ID Specification

Seems like BitQuery is the perfect candidate to implement CAIP-2 so we can use one URI format to address multiple blockchains:

• ETH:TransactionID
• BTC:TransactionID

My curiosity is:

1. Is this planned?
2. If yes when?
3. And if not why not?
