Not able to Transfer / Exchange BUSD in bitpay wallet

Describe the bug I have a BUSD wallet in my bitpay. I am not able to use the funds in there . However it shows that my funds exist, but cannot use them. When i tried to exchange it says maximum allowed is 0BUSD. When i tried to transfer it says " 0 "

I have sent 10 reminders to support , but no proper reply.
