Support recovery with M mnemonics and N-M xpubs (or wallet backups)

e.g: In a 2-3 wallet, it should be possible to recover the funds using 2 mnemonics and 1 xpub, corresponding to the remanning copayer.

Would greatly appreciate implementation, as I have BCH in a 1-of-3 and I only have backups & mnemonics for 2 of the copayers.

Would the fix for this issue help in the recovering of BCH of a 1-of-2 old Copay wallet where I have the json file backup of only 1 of the copayers?

@idoganov @dan-da have a look at https://github.com/bitpay/copay-recovery/pull/60 it's unofficial but I can confirm I used it with N of M availale backup to recover my BCH
