missing shared wallet

My cell phone was damaged and when I opened my wallet, and with the 12 words on the new cell phone, my personal wallet did not come out ... but I also had a shared wallet with funds which no longer appears ... how to do so that it appears to me since I need to have the funds and when the other person requests the retirement I do not have how to approve the signature since the shared wallet does not appear to me.

I appreciate your help as I need these funds urgently.
