I kept my 12 word phrase for recovery but it doesnt work

When I joined Copay I kept the phrase safe, but now when I need it it seems not to work. Somehow my wallet disappeared, so I tried to import it. I copied and pasted the phrase (no writing mistakes then) but it doesnt recognize it Help !!! I lost all of my funds!!!

what error are you getting?

Make sure not to enter a space before of after the 12 words, the words are normally lowercase by sure to respect that.

yo tambien tengo el mismo problema tengo las 12 palabras y no ha manera me recupera una cartera vacia........si alguien encuentra una solucion vale oro..................
