Portuguese Support for Bitcore Mnemonics

Hi there,

As explained at Bitcore Mnemonics readme the package implements Mnemonic code for generating deterministic keys.

At the wordlist section we can find this wordlists

But I've checked and Bitcore Mnemonics does not have support for Portuguese wordlist.

I'm opening this issues because I would like to add support to Portuguese and I'll be opening a PR for that.
