Document level of segwit support

It is unclear to me if segwit is supported or not. Would be nice with a note in the README, also stating future plans.

AFAIK, it is not supported at the moment.

Any updates on this? I just set up a full node and BWS as well. Is SegWit supported or do I need extra steps to get my node on SegWit?
