Even if Copay etc. can't support segwit yet, it would be nice to get the nodes upgraded.

@FrancisPouliot both @martindale and myself are no longer working at bitpay, and don't have any additional insight into progress. My last work on this was updating to https://github.com/bitpay/bitcoin/tree/0.13-bitcore
