https://garden.io/ allows you to codify a complete description of your stack, including how it's built, deployed and tested, using the Stack Graph—making your workflows reproducible and portable.

It seems like a SaaS product (at least some of the more desirable enterprise-level features), but there might be some overlap.

Solution

Determine whether garden.io is a competitor or comparator to BitOps, and describe whichever it actually is via docs (i.e. how bitops is better/different or how bitops works with it, respectively)
