`make test-integration` failed with `exec: "registry": executable file not found in $PATH`

When I tried to run test-integration, it failed with `exec: "registry": executable file not found in $PATH`. The command uses `quay.io/libpod/skopeo_cidev:c20250721t181111z-f42f41d13` image, and it doesn't have `registry` binary in $PATH....
