i need ability to create buckets and policies via ENVIRONMENT variables configuration, to allow versioning support enable for selected buckets

What is the feature you are proposing to solve the problem?

add MINIO_POLICIES variable or MINIO_ENABLE_VERSIONING variable

What alternatives have you considered?

shell script which will run minio client
