Add support for DB_VENDOR=H2

bitnami/keycloak: 18.0.2
What is the problem this feature will solve?
I would like to run integration/e2e tests with a throwaway Keycloak instance which does not necessarily need a standalone database.
What is the feature you are proposing to solve the problem?
Allow the usage of the environment variable DB_VENDOR=H2 which enables the builtin database which afaik doe snot persist its data. This allows to save some resources when setting up a full test environment, as the Postgres database is might not be deployed.
