RabbitMQ cluster-operator switched from Endpoints to EndpointSlices in v2.17.1, requiring the ClusterRole to be updated.

What is the feature you are proposing to solve the problem?

Update the ClusterRole

What alternatives have you considered?

Manually adding the required config via .clusterOperator.rbac.clusterRole.extraRules value.
