What is the problem this feature will solve?
Being able to set annotations on the thanos receive statefulset will allow users to better configure the thanos chart.
What is the feature you are proposing to solve the problem?
addition of receive.statefulsetAnnotations param
What alternatives have you considered?
setting annotations globally works, but I do not wish to do this.
