Ability to crawl Prowlarr indexer proxy

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The Prowlarr API provides a common interface to many popular torrent indexers that could be crawled by Bitmagnet.

Describe the solution you'd like Bitmagnet could be configured to crawl specified indexers configured in Prowlarr, for example all indexers tagged "bitmagnet". We'd need to consider questions like rate limiting, how often to poll for new content, how far back in the past to go etc...
