Language detection

Have you checked the roadmap on the website, and existing issues, before opening a dupllcate issue? Yes

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As a user I would like to classify torrents by language, in order to index and search for torrents in my preferred languages.

Describe the solution you'd like Language detection for movie and TV content is already reasonably accurate; for other miscellaneous torrents we might consider using https://github.com/pemistahl/lingua-go. Any integration would need to consider accuracy and resource usage.

Not yet! 155 was closed as a duplicate
