Support Additional Prefixes

I would like to add extended prefix functionality to statsdaemon similar to what is seen in this fork. This is mainly to expand on the "global prefix" option to allow different prefixes for rates, counters, timers, and gauges. Would this be something that would be accepted if I would submit a PR?
