Deposit Account for Buy Feature

1. By default checking account will be the deposit account in which bitcoins will be transferred to.
2. There will be a dropdown with list of all the other accounts in order for the user to select any one of them as a deposit account. The selected account will always remain the default deposit account until and unless user changes/creates a new exchange account.
3. There will be an option to create new exchange account for eg. create new Ramp account and system will give Ramp addresses to the account/platform from which sats are purchased and this Ramp account will become the default deposit account. Ramp account will get created on home page as well. As this account got already created, next time user will not be able to see this option i.e. "Create new Ramp account".
4. "Add a service" option will be removed from Add new Account page as there will be an option to add these accounts in buy feature.
5. Swan will have its own xPub so it will have its own account
