Concierge modal persists after app restart and missing confirm button outline in dark mode.

• Description:

1. If the Concierge modal is left open and the app is killed without closing it, then after reopening the app, the same Concierge modal appears first. When the user taps on the Confirm button, it then navigates to the Passcode screen, which seems like an unintended flow.

2. Additionally, in dark mode, the Confirm button on the Concierge modal has no visible outline, making it hard to identify or interact with.
