Change passcode add on security

To implement In passcode change user should be asked to enter random single phrase to verify the user. once that is done user can change passcode

After few tweaks. This is the final flow for the users who have not backedup recover key. They will be forced to back it up this way now. The flow is in the link under the section named as App settings flow-change Passcode
