Constructing Transaction modal

Task Description As the transaction construction takes a while(especially during multi-sig Vaults), we can use a modal(right after the confirm passcode modal) to inform the user that the transaction is being constructed.

@summikhan11 I can't find a modal that says Constructing Transaction which can replace the loader that's shown in the screen recording.

we can show the user transaction details since its taking more than a few seconds - we can remove the currency switch if thats difficult to implement

Has been implemented but UX doesn't match the screen in the app. We should update the UX link as there's more information in the app.

Have used the reopen label, but its not a dev bug exactly.
