Bug: Editing an extra effect's settings when the free trial ends freezes the app, sometimes UI memory leaks, then sometimes crashes

Describe the bug Basically, I was using eqMac on the free trial and the window to configure an extra effect was open. Then, the trial expired and the whole app started freaking out. See video because it's kinda hard to explain.
Steps to Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour (feel free to change the placeholder as you need):
- Start free trial
- Open the window to configure an extra effect
- Wait for the trial to expire with the effect window open
- It doesn't happen every time for some reason
Expected behaviour The free trial to end normally and close the window, and the app works fine.
Setup information:
- Audio device used for playback: AirPods Pro 2
- Audio transmission interface: Bluetooth
- macOS Version: 26.0.1
- eqMac Version: Whatever is latest, can't check because the bug is locking me out of the app.

Additional information It fixes itself eventually after enough relaunches. I have tried reinstalling the app already. sometimes it will fix itself if you close it quickly enough, wait 1 minute for the free trial to be available again, then it opens fine. I hope this is enough info.
Could you provide more details on what extra effect your were configuring? I tried a few and could not replicate the issue, maybe it's specific to certain extra effect/s
Hm, now it happened without the settings window even open. The trial just ended and it happened. I had spatial audio, extra effects, and EQ, and super presets on. This is a weird issue.
