Bug: Sometimes muted after launch

Open jonahclarsen opened this issue 2 years ago • 2 comments

Sometimes after I open eqMac, it switches the audio device and look as though it should be working, but then no audio comes through. Restarting it sometimes works, sometimes not, but then after a few hours it usually works again. It happens even with no other audio devices in, just through the speakers.

I am using an M2 MBA on MacOS 13.2.1, with eqMac v1.7.10, driver v2.4.3, and UI v4.6.5.

I know this isn't much information, and I'd be happy to provide as much debugging help as I can, as I really like this program and want it to work properly.

This is strange, I have never seen this issue. Can you check what virtual device you have installed by running this command in the terminal? Thanks!

ls -al /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/HAL
