Option to invert scroll through Cursr rather than OS

As requested by user in #39, feature is currently in low priority list but thumbs up this issue if you'd like to get this feature sooner. If it will get enough interest the priority will increase:

💡Request for Invert Mouse Scroll

Users need the ability to invert scroll from a Laptop trackpad when active on onother screen.

• Allow users to select which screens have invert scroll
• Run this option/ setting through Curse and NOT the OS, this will keep things running mindfully if disconnected, etc.
