Incorrect callout position in `BitDateRangePicker` with `ShowTimePicker` enabled and RTL direction

When using the BitDateRangePicker component with the ShowTimePicker parameter set to true and the Dir set to RTL (right-to-left), the callout’s opening location is not positioned correctly.
