Update the title of the `InfiniteScrolling Carousel` section of the `Carousel` demo page

The current title is too long and has a redundant word in it. it is better to change this title to just InfiniteScrolling like other improved demo pages:

The demo file name is BitCarouselDemo.razor in the Bit.BlazorUI.Demo.Client.Core project.
