Sort drop-down opens while the menu is open in the `TodoTemplate` project

Here is the scenario in which I saw the issue: I minimized the browser window, then I opened the menu by clicking on the hamburger icon in the header. After that, I clicked on the sort drop-down and unexpectedly it opened!
