Collections added into add actions

Describe the feature

Collections where finally built into the connection page, but I'd love to still see this in the add actions page. With as many connections as we have, it'd be nice if the collections expanded out into this area.

@Julusian While a different issue, I am curious. Why does the order of connections when adding an action change from even the default. I can understand collections just isn't a thing yet, but why does the order of the connections in the actions tab change from the connection tab?
