Describe the feature

When the name of a page is set, the page number no longer shows on the page number button; only the name. I would like to show both the page number and name.

So instead of:

PAGE 1

I would like to see

PAGE 1 <page name>

I believe this is possible using a variable but not sure how.

As a feature request, this could be made configurable per button. When clicking on a page number button, instead of seeing the message 'No configuration available for page number buttons', there could be configuration options to show the page number as well as the name, or even to show just one or the other.

Or instead of making this configurable per button, it could be a global option.
