Triggers Condition on Surface Connect

Describe the feature

When running Companion on a Raspberry Pi, there needs to be a 'Condition' or 'Event' to execute Triggers when a particular (remote) Surface connects. For example, I have a Mac (with a StreamDeck) that launches Companion Satellite on login. Companion needs to be able to run a trigger when that Satellite connects.

Also, cannot use variables for this, due to satellite variables disappearing when disconnected. See here also: https://github.com/bitfocus/companion/issues/3362
