LG WebOS TV support

I'd like to be able to control our LG 86UM8070PUA with Companion (turn the device on/off). I believe this should be possible with general WebOS support and this should work for many (most?) LG TVs/displays.

There is an existing github project called LGTVCompanion to control LG displays which can be a starting point for development
