AVPro Edge MXNet Video Matrix

Hi! I work with AVPro as an AV engineer and some of our customers requested modules for our MXNet product from you guys. I'll attach the product API to this issue and I'll be available for any questions. The system is configured in MXNet Mentor our web interface for the product, but can be controlled via TCP messaging.
