Philips Signage Display Control 65" BDL4511D/00

Open Waldomusicman91 opened this issue 1 year ago • 2 comments

Hi,

I would like a module to control power on/off for my Philips display BDL4511D/00. I tried the tcp/udp command line and was able to power it off but could not get it to turn back on. Seems to be an issue with Wake on Lan and TCP requirements from Philips.

The SICP Commands Document V2.03 14June2019.pdf

Thanks

I had the same problem and I've written a module with this purpose, you can find it here. I hope it helps you, please let me know if you have any problems with it.

Hi! I'm really trying to control our Philips TV's and yours is the first solution I've found for companion. Is there an obvious way to compile the code to get it into Companion. I'm a novice user who is used to using the built-in plugins for companion and for stream deck so I'm not sure how to take the code and make it useable in Companion...

Thank you for even making this plugin in the first place!

@wiliezwagerman if you ask on Slack you can get a repository created, push your code to it, make a release and then ask for it to be added to Companion and people will just be able to download the betas directly to use it!
