Ah very good. I hope that the elements wont change anymore, but I'll merge then for DAVx5 4.5 / when the most important WebDAV-Push issues are done.

Hope that the new WebDAV-Push elements are now stable so far. We shouldn't need the sync-level. There may be new properties regarding encryption/VAPID, and a few names have changed too.
