fixed attribute documentation popup not working

Hello.

I found that popup for documentation of attribute tag is not working. I tested with https://github.com/GNOME/gtk-doc/blob/master/devhelp2.xsd and could fixed in this case.

It is the first time for me to read & write XSLT, I don't know there are other issues or not.
