BLHeli Suite 32.10.0 settings are non-existent after attempting to run

Hello, Recently I was trying to open BLHeliSuite32 10.0, and for some odd reason, the app window just closes 3 seconds after I opened it. When I looked into the files a little more, I looked at the settings ini file, and it was just completely blank.

This (from notepad) was right after opening the application, with it closing itself out after the same 3 second period:

And this (also in the editor) were settings taken from the download to Issue #709 where it actually has some settings in it that get the app running without closing, although without the complete full functionality as what it used to be:

I'm running on Windows 11, and I have redownloaded this at least 10 times to prove I wasn't going crazy, and I typically use an arduino uno w/ the 4 way interface loaded onto it, but with / without it connected, the same thing keeps happening. Please someone help me with this issue.

Could you please replace the exciting BLHeliSuite32.ini with the attached one and start BLHeliSuite32?
